Our Sunday School classes meet at 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings.
Adult Sunday School Classes
Sunday School and Small Groups are an important part of our spiritual development. It is through these opportunities that we grow in our relationship with God, develop meaningful friendships, belong to a community of faith for support and strength, and connect with the life of the church. 9:15 a.m. Hour
This class focuses on vibrant verse-by-verse Bible study with time for discussion, and is comprised of a diverse age range. Room 102
Beloved | Young Adult Class
This class is geared toward both singles and couples in their 20s and 30s, and studies a variety of topics focused on growing their personal relationship with God. Conference Room across from the Receptionist’s Desk
Mid-Lifers is a combination of fellowship, teaching, and discussion, and is geared toward people 45-65. Room 40
This class, for both couples and singles, enjoys discussion based on engaging, practical DVD lessons, and is geared toward those in their 30s and 40s. Room 43
Open to church musicians ages 18 and up. This class provides a Bible study and small group experience. Back of Fellowship Hall
This class enjoys hearty discussion, rich fellowship, and serving others. The age range is primarily 40s and up. Room 47
10:30 a.m. Hour
This is a friendly, accepting class for couples, singles and married persons without their spouses. The class is made up of a wide age range (35 to 80), and studies various books of the Bible. Room 40
Crossroads enjoys building friendship and enjoying Christ-centered fellowship. Class members have children that range in ages from middle school to married with children. Room 47
This class is comprised of mature adults who enjoy Biblical discussion. Library
This class discusses issues of the day, parenting, theology and social issues. Ages 35-50. Room 44
This class is for parents and couples with children of all ages and uses a variety of books, DVD studies, and discussions to learn more about God’s plan for our lives. Room 41
All singles are welcome to celebrate singleness in an atmosphere of acceptance and support. Become empowered as a single adult in your journey toward spiritual, personal, and relational wholeness through Christ-centered fellowship. Room 43
The Vineyard Class
Designed for adults with school-aged children. The class focus is on growing the discipleship in couples through fellowship and study. Room 46
LakeRidge Singles are all ages and stages of singles who believe singleness does not mean being alone. We are an accepting family, encouraging one another to grow stronger in our relationship with Christ. For more information contact Cindi Heald at 806-794-4015.
At the 9:15 a.m. Sanctuary worship service. We sit as a group on the west, center side toward the back of the sanctuary.
Studies include Bible study, spiritual growth and rebuilding with open discussion where singles can talk about current life issues in a safe, Christian setting. 10:30 a.m. in Room 43.
Singles Sunday Lunch
Immediately after the 10:30 a.m. service, 4th Sunday of the month. We gather at various restaurants for a time of fellowship, food and fun.
“Getting Into the Word: Exodus…the Abridged Version” will begin Wednesday, May 31 at 6:30 pm in Room 102, led by Angela Carter.
“Our Father: A Study of the Lord’s Prayer” will begin Wednesday, July 12 at 6:30 pm in Room 102, led by Erin Owens and Amber Teal. Financial Peace University

Aging Isn’t for Sissies!
This is a Lunch and Learn series to provide information and fellowship on interesting topics for people 50+.
Prime Timers is a senior adults’ fellowship. Prime Timers meets on the first Thursday of each month at Furr’s Cafeteria on Slide Road (across from the mall). Share a great meal, play games and have a fun time together. If you would like to be sent a reminder card each month, please contact the church office at 794-4015.
The Men’s Ministry is dedicated to helping men become fully devoted followers of Jesus through Christian fellowship, learning, development of leadership gifts and skills.
The Women’s Ministry is a vital part of the life of our church. We have numerous opportunities for study and fellowship. For information about Women’s Ministries, contact the church office by phone at 794-4015.

Exercising Women – Women’s Workout
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30-9:30 a.m., Room 47
Women of all ages are invited to join us for a video-led class featuring yoga, salsa, tai chi, and other forms of exercise.
Still confirming which prayer groups meet Praying Women are groups of moms who gather on different mornings to pray for their children and their school staff. You don’t have to be a “prayer expert,” just come with a love for your child, love for the Lord and your Bible.

United Methodist Women
United Methodist Women (UMW) come together the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in Room 102 to discuss ways in which we will serve our community. These gatherings consist of fellowship, refreshments, devotions, and discussion of activities. Our purpose is to serve others through various ministries such as collection and distribution of Homeless Hygiene Bags, UMW Thanksgiving Bake Sale, and UMW Foster Children’s Breakfast. Spiritual Growth Studies
Short-term small groups and classes for Bible study and faith development are offered throughout the year.
These groups meet to offer emotional and spiritual support.
Is a 13-week study that will help you to process through the hurts, anger, and grief of divorce. Each lesson stands alone and the study repeats so you are able to pick up any missed lessons. DivorceCare will help you to move on after the initial break-up. Get step-by-step directions to get yourself in a position to enjoy the life that comes after a break-up or divorce.
